Chronology of cameras Negra Industrial
The Negra Nerasport 3 x 4 Amateur is very similar to Ilford's Sporti-4 which was manufactured by Dacora. A closely related model, called Nerasport 4 x 4 Amateur, produces 4 x 4 cm negatives. The viewfinder of this model is square, which makes it the twin brother of the english camera.
Some examples of Nerasport 3 x 4 Amateur have a shutter release identical to that of the Sporti-4, while on others it has the shape of a lever.
Spanish manufacturing uses bodies supplied by Dacora, completed and assembled in Spain.
There are color variations of the plastic.
Negra Industrial SA was a manufacturer of sensitive surfaces and photographic chemistry which for thirty years (1957-87) sold under its brand name cameras of its own manufacture or of third parties.
